At Pairdot Inc., we are committed to ensuring our users have a valuable and satisfying experience with Promptaa, our platform designed to optimize and organize your AI prompts. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We understand that our product may not always meet every user's expectations. Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

  • Dissatisfaction with the Product: If you are not satisfied with your experience using Promptaa, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or more than once, we will review and rectify the issue with a full or partial refund as appropriate.

Time Limit

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase or renewal date.

2. Process for Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send a detailed message to support@promptaa.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Account Email].
  2. Include the Following Information:
    • Your full name and the email associated with your Promptaa account.
    • The reason for your refund request.
    • The date of purchase and the amount charged.
    • Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of billing errors).

Once your request is received, our support team will respond within 3 business days to confirm receipt and provide next steps.


3. Conditions for Refund Approval

Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Pairdot Inc., and approval is subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge.
  • The user must not have violated our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to, misuse of the platform for creating or distributing pornographic or malicious prompts.
  • Users who request a refund for dissatisfaction must demonstrate a good-faith effort to use the product (e.g., creation of prompts, accessing core features).

Refunds are generally only granted once per user account unless billing errors are involved.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the original charge.
  • Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service, including use of prohibited or harmful content.
  • Dissatisfaction claims from users who have not actively used the platform.
  • Refunds for partially used subscription periods, unless required by applicable law.

5. Timeframe for Processing Refunds
